I started with Windermere Property Management in 2002 and take credit for the growth of the Anacortes office over the years. Because of my success and dedication, I am now the Director and oversee the daily operations of all three Windermere Skagit locations. Our team continues to grow in order to better serve you.

Our focus is on leasing and managing quality single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family units; as well as commercial properties.
My experience has taught me that service, communication and follow through are the most important aspects of property management. I pride myself most on my incomparable customer service and organizational skills. The majority of my business is generated from referrals given by satisfied clients and real estate associates. I have great pride in the work that I do.

Danny Lewis – Property Manager
Growing up with a father in real estate, one would think or hope their child would find interest in the same field as they become adults, yet I chose a different path. As I got older my interest led to accounting, but it quickly faded when I wasn’t able to work with the general public where I can meet new people from time-to-time. After moving around several times, completing multiple accounting courses and losing interest with several different career choices, I discovered real estate was slowly becoming more of an interest and I wanted to pursue the field.
With nothing holding me down, I came to Washington for a short vacation from Northern California in August of 2013 and after four days, I decided to stay, build a life, and call it home. A year later, my interest and passion for real estate quickly developed into a position in commercial real estate with a firm in Bellingham. In the two years I was with the team, I quickly realized the management and leasing side of real estate is where I wanted to focus my attention and growth. The relationships I was able to build and develop with property owners, tenants, and vendors is what gave me the desire to continue my career in real estate.
I joined the Windermere Property Management team in 2016, and I look forward to expanding our development in the commercial management department while maintaining the residential relationships the team has developed over the many years of service they have given to the community.
Leah Hines – Property Manager
I’m a proud third generational Washingtonian. My husband and I moved our four children to Anacortes over twelve years ago from Olympia. Since making our home in the Skagit Valley, I have been fortunate to continue a career in Marketing and Public Relations. Working with local government and non-profits with a tourism focused goal allowed me to connect with our community on a personal level.
My passion for real estate is ongoing, from land development and agro-communities, to the curious pursuit of the right home. Property Management allows me to have the best of both worlds, whether I’m viewing new homes to estimate their rental value and management options, or helping people find the property that suits their needs.
I’m excited to be part of the Windermere Property Management team and look forward to growing as the communities we serve grow right along with us.
It is my goal to be a good steward of the homes we are entrusted to manage and to help ensure our clients investments are well cared for. The need for rental homes steadily increasing coupled with new families joining our communities makes this an exciting time to be in Skagit County.
Tessa Jarvis – Property Manager
I am thrilled to be part of the dedicated, hard-working Windermere Property Management team. Coming from an extensive background in customer service, I am accustomed to the requirements of client-centric, fast-paced environments where attention to detail, client confidentiality, and superior communication skills are mandatory. I take pride in my commitment to excellence, and it is my goal to consistently exceed expectations. I will work tirelessly and enthusiastically with my team to deliver the highest level of customer service to all of my clients.
My husband and I recently purchased a 1910 craftsman in Sedro-Woolley that we are carefully working on restoring. We are first-time homeowners and head over heels in love with the property. As a homeowner I am aware of the importance of caring for a property, and I strive to manage my client’s property with the same care and attention to detail as if it were my own.
I love the small town community of Sedro-Woolley and couldn’t be happier about building a future here with Windermere in the Gateway to the North Cascades. I look forward to fostering positive relationships within our community between owners and tenants alike, and would love to assist you in any property management needs you may have.
